Factory42 LLC was born out of a simple habit of “upgrading” everyday items. Founded in July of 2024, the company was the brainchild of Christopher McGuire. Chris had the habit of enhancing the functionality of items and devices he used in his daily live, a service which he also extended to friends and neighbors. When one satisfied customer suggested he take his innovative products to stores, the seed was planted for what would eventually grow into Factory42. Now he is part of a growing team improving everyday products, and forming mutually advantageous licensing agreements, as well as life-long bonds, nationwide!

Christopher McGuire, the founder, brings 15 years of experience in the Automation Industry to the table. His roles have been diverse, ranging from Computer-Aided Drafting, Programmable Logic Controller and Robotic Engineering, to research and development of new products and processes, and troubleshooting problems with currently running lines. His current role in technical phone support for robotics and robotic vision has honed his skills in professional and courteous communication during phone and video calls. His extensive experience in automation gives him a realistic perspective on what is possible in the Automation Industry, making his research and technical expertise the backbone of Factory42.
Christopher, with his unique skills and experience, is what drives Factory42 forward, innovating and upgrading products to meet the evolving needs of the market.
